So the other day my copy of Iain M. Banks's Excession arrived. Apparently it is the UK edition which is cool I guess. While paging through it, I noticed that along with the copyright info there was a passage that intrigued me. It read, "The moral right of the author has been asserted." What is up with this? Is this just a UK thing? I know I could probably look it up but I like getting answers from people not robots. Also, the Culture rules.
