So apparently it's Witchsona Week, aka Draw-a-Witch Week, and the artists on my Twitter feed have been posting a lot of cool witch art—these are my favourites:

https://twitter.com/CarolynCNowak/… (you can't beat a hairy-legged witch smoking a pipe with her nose)

http://witchsona.tumblr.com/ (love the centaur witch, and the one wearing her bathrobe, and the blanket witch, and the badass I-can-turn-my-cape-into-a-flock-of-owls witch)

https://twitter.com/nedroid/status… (pizza witch!)

https://twitter.com/paranaturalzac… (familiars-addict!)

This leads me me to two questions: does anyone know what the word "witchsona" means? And two, I know serenada's already given us an awesome art prompt, but perhaps we could give witches a shot too? It doesn't have to be a new drawing, nor does it have to be particularly elaborate.

Here's what I jotted down during a lecture:

This witch is thinking, "I don't need no stinkin' familiars! I can be my OWN familiar, dammit!"
