Looks like we're going to have to wait until 2015 for any new Red Dwarf.
But on the plus side, we should have some more Red Dwarf in 2015.

Series creator/writer Doug Naylor and his son Richard have been busy developing a new sitcom for the BBC, apparently involving people who work in a biscuit factory. This new series has just gone into pre-production, but Doug hasn't been completely neglecting his Red Dwarf duties, and recently tweeted that he was is in the process of finishing his 3rd script for series XI. (Something that usually doesn't happen unless the series has already been commissioned.)

This, combined with various tidbits dropped by Naylor Jr. (who was a major source of spoiler bombs on Series X) would seem to indicate that they'll probably follow the long-standing Red Dwarf tradition of shooting in the dead of winter, with the finished product reaching our screens late in 2015.
