Oh, wait - we decided we are going with just Deadpool, right? Probably not a bad decision. Just like wearing read. And brown... Spoilers!

One could almost think this whole mess the movie went through to be made was planned. Also - the whole mess the Marvel cinematic Universe and it’s various Alternate Universes are going through. This film is so much better because Deadpool can snark about Ryan Reynolds and his Superhero career. And his acting career in general. The other movie Deadpool. And Hugh Jackman! Both those guys need to be sexiest Man alive. Again. And name drop Sam Jackson and Spiderman. Hell, the whole third act is playing on the wreck of a Heli-Carrier... Because.... where else?

X-Men references. So many X-Men references. Even though the Studio could only afford two of them. (A fact that does not remain unnoticed...)

Matrix references! Alien3 references. And a bratty X-teen telling us we’re old......

This whole thing is a ride. From the very first second too the very last. And I mean that. The post credits sequence is great, but the opening credits are the best since Watchmen. And Watchmen has my favourite Opening Credits ever. Reynolds loves this role so much (He obviously didn’t get it for his acting chops - ask Deadpool...) Baccarin is awesome - this part is really made for someone with her charisma - not easy given how much Deadpool dominates this thing (Hard not to for a character who knows he’s in a movie...)

I can’t wait to see more of him - he at least has to cross over into the X-Men films now, even if it’s just for cameos. I so hope they still find some way for him to actually interact with Hugh Jackman as this version of DP, before Jackman leaves the Universe.... This was my most anticipated movie this year. And it fully lived up to it!

Deadpool gets 12 bullets out of 12!

(Really good soundtrack, too!)
