Artist Minsu Kim has designed some fascinating 'living food' as an exploration of "new culinary experiences through developments in synthetic biology". Inspired by recent bioengeneering feats such as the Medusoid artificial jellyfish, her creations of pulsating morsels and gently swaying tendrils are undoubtedly eye catching.
