So, since Memorial Day is the "official" start of summer, or or doing summery things, or whatever the heck people say to try to treat Memorial Day like the Soft Solstice of Summer…

Actually, that's dumb. Just because today was the first day that I busted out the summer traditions, I'm curious what you all do to celebrate that it's finally gone from too damn cold to too damn hot.

For me, summer is approximately two months of rolling down the windows all the way, turning up some great 90's ska, and singing along until I reach my destination or my vocal cords are sore.

So how about you guys? Summer pilgrimages? Summer-only food and drink?
