I'm overhearing an older, much older, coworker making air reservations on the phone and I feel compelled to send a box of cookies to the customer service people at Delta. Eesh.

List of things she is annoyed about:

1. Their paperless system isn't paperless because she just had to print 5 pages from her email confirmation.

2. She doesn't know what kind of liquids she can take on the plane or if they're still doing X-rays at our airport.

3. She has to be on her computer at 1:45, 24 hours before her flight to check in. She's annoyed she can't log in at 1 to do this. This is probably because she's at lunch from 1-2.

4. Well she should just drive then.

And then she hung up on them.
