Is there anyplace in the kinjaverse where I could find short descriptions of the different Gawker sites and/or some of the major sub-sites and blogs? I'm picturing a kind of quick-n-dirty compendium of sites, something along the lines of:

  • io9: Primary site. Gawker staff post coverage of science and technology news, sci-fi and fantasy pop culture, and other recent events that intersect with science.
  • Observation Deck: Sub-blog of io9. Sort of a catch-all place where readers can post their own science, tech, and sci-fi/fantasy musings and news.
  • Jezebel: Primary site. Gawker staff post (primarily feminist-inclined) coverage of celebrities, sex, fashion, and misc. current events.
  • Millihelen: Sub-blog of Jezebel. Covers beauty and fashion for women beyond their teens/20's. Readers can post their own coverage of related topics.

I've come across a lot of new-ish offshoot blogs recently and it's getting hard to keep track of what each blog's purpose or focus is. You can usually figure this out by clicking through a blog's recent posts and looking for the common theme between them, but sometimes this is not readily apparent.

So — is there a single place/page where you can see an overview of everything? There must be a better, quicker way to do this, right...?
