Netflix and Google aren't exactly "the little guys". But when I see that Netflix has started doing this to Verizon (earning them a cease and desist letter!):
And with YouTube now doing this to my own ISP (every time videos fail to play at even SD levels):
. . . I feel just a little bit better.
And I'm reminded that content providers do have a little ammunition to use against negligent, near-monopolistic ISPs, even if Net Neutrality does die at the hands of the FCC: they can always remind their site visitors about what a terrible job their particular ISP is doing.
