Buenos dias, buenos tardes, buenos noches amigos! Wherever you are I hope you’re enjoying some pleasant weather. In appreciation of Kurt Vonnegut on the anniversary of his death I wanted to reach out to my fellow O-Decker’s to get some of your tips and tricks for short story writing. It’s my first foray into literary fiction in about 13-14 years so I am, needless to say, a little rusty. I know there are some very talented storytellers among the O-Deck readers and contributors so if you have anything that would be helpful for a relative novice such as myself I’d greatly appreciate it.

I do have a story idea all ready to write and in fact have a couple pages complete already, but I am far from finished at this juncture. Any help you folks can provide is greatly appreciated and once I’m done I’d love to share it with you all.

(Note to mods: It’s been ages since I’ve posted anything here so if this violates some sort of rule my apologies.)
