Watched it now and here is my quick thoughts about it:
1)Visually it's great.
Very great lighting that gives the mood, nice camera work with the protagonist vs their enviroment, and the transicions from mental state to reality are freaking sweet.
2) The cast is great.
All the roles that I saw were real characters. Even if Fishburne didn't feel that serious, it was ok.
3)The actor playing Hannibal is so awesome.
He is very subtle, and very smooth playing the character. He doesn't feel like an intelectual, but he projects it.
Now, the "Eh"parts:
1) Some of the lines just made me laugh.
At least the Hulk line and the ladies room line used just made laugh to the seriousness that should have been used.
2) Logic vs style.
The last scene especialy made me scream "Call 911 you jackass!".
Still, even with those parts, it was good.
There is a lot of gore(in what you can have on tv), and some scenes that turn your stomach, but it's fine as long as it's not overused.
