So I hear there's going to be a new event comic in the DC universe coming up soon. Better yet, I hear it's going to heavily involve one of my favorite characters, The Question (admittedly, not the one I like, Renee Montoya). Fittingly enough though, I have some questions.

I've never been too heavily into reading comics on a monthly basis, but back when the DC Reboot happened, I basically stopped reading outside of trades entirely. I've read a decent chunk of the collections for the New 52 stuff now, but I've really been thinking of trying to get into reading proper comics again, at least a little bit.

So my first question is, is there any way I'm going to be able to start picking up the Trinity War stuff at this point, or diving in at most a couple months back to relevant comics, and have any idea what's going on? I'm vaguely familiar with some of the stuff that's been going on (I read Flashpoint, but none of the tie-ins, so I do recognize this Pandora lady from the end of that), but not too familiar with any of it. If I wanted to get caught up on the Trinity War lead-in stuff, where would I start? I just read the first collection of New 52 Justice League, and Pandora and this Phantom Stranger guy show up at the end of it, has this storyline really been going on since the start of the New 52?

Also, do we know how many titles are going to be involved, and which ones are going to be essentially, vs. which ones are side stories, in the Trinity War stuff? I see Jeff Lemire is handling some of the Trinty War stuff, and Animal Man has been absolutely great in my opinion, so that gives me some hope in the event.

So yeah, is it worth even trying to jump in at this point, or am I just too far behind?
