It’s the first season finale for Legends of Tomorrow, and boy did they go out with a bang. Don’t worry though, the show has been picked up for a second season. Hopefully the wait will be worth it. Spoilers ahoy!
Tom-o-rrow! ♫ Each reformed villain to understand, the power that’s inside! ♫ Oh, it’s you and me, I know it’s my DES-TIN-YYYY. ♫ Oh, you’re my best friend, in a world we must defend. ♫-Oh wait, wrong show. I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t fit though. And it’s getting hard writing the intro spoiler free. You all know…
It’s the one we’ve all been waiting for. The team is finally ready to take Savage on head first at the one time and place they know they can find him. It’s an action based episode with some pretty cool special effects, but that doesn’t mean it skimps on the plot. Spoilers ahoy!
It’s the question that usually pops up when you’re talking about time travel. Would you kill an innocent person to stop them from becoming a monster and bringing tragedy to the world? There’s been a lot of interpretations of this question, and while I think Legends misses the mark a bit, the episode was pretty decent.…
It didn’t have a Harry Potter joke. I was really waiting for one too. Oh, well. A lot of other interesting things did happen in this episode though. I’ll leave it to you to decide if it was for better or worse though. I think it was more good than bad personally, but far from perfect. Spoilers ahoy!
Today’s sales aren’t that shocking if you’ve been paying attention. So be prepared to be shocked!
It’s episode 5, and while the team doesn’t feel like a team just yet, we do get to see some good interactions between unlikely sources and see the foundation for a good team being built. Plus the episode itself was exciting on it’s own. Spoilers ahoy!
On Legends of Tomorrow, the team heads to 1986 for their next lead on Vandal Savage, just in time to accidentally get involved in the cold war. Here’s the promo for the episode, followed by a spoiler-filled recap (filling in for Aderyn on this one, and figured I’d do this while it’s fresh in my memory, but I’ll add…
Legends of Tomorrow is still finding it’s stride. The episode was far from perfect, and the characters relationships are still developing. I think it really has potential though, and we started to see some of it tonight. Spoilers Ahoy!
The second part of the two part premiere aired last night, and I think the second was a much stronger episode of the two. The show is pretty ambitious, but it manages to capture on film what makes comics (and time travel ones at that) enjoyable. Spoilers Ahoy!
Since I’m avoiding spoilers in this paragraph anyways, I’ll say that you Flash fans should check out the Chronicles of Cisco Tumblr. I liked their post this week that combined Cisco speed dating and hints about his character this season. Spoilers begin now.
I love this. I will call this the trailer for the Most Expensive Movie Ever Made. It's 6 hours long, and only sort of has a plot, but it makes a gagillion dollars anyway, because come ON!
What happens if tumbleweeds and dust devils starts to hang out? Well, they spawn a huge real life earth, fire and wind elemental. Not even the trusty water benders can save us now!
