I work retail, and the other day a kid came into my store with a Green Lantern figure in his hand. I noticed it and mentioned it, I recognized it was John Stewart, and I had a pleasant conversation with the kid’s mom who thought John Stewart was the best Lantern.

Just finished watching Green Lantern: The Animated Series on Netflix.
Irae's post got me to start watching Green Lantern: The Animated Series (which is on Netflix, by the way). Now I'm sucked in, remembering how much I love the idea of the GL universe.
What wonderful watercolour effects that look random, but are quite pointed and deliberate—delineating some of the heroes, conveying all of them. And some of us obsess over the exact right line...
