The CW announced that starting next month Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow will alternate airing in the 8 PM Monday time slot through June. I guess this is how the CW is making room for Black Lightning.
So last week we had a fantastic crossover that still gets me misty eyed whenever a new youtube reaction from part 4 comes out... but forget about that. Forget about everything! ‘cause memories will be erased and Reigns finally makes an appearance in Supergirl with an outfit that looks like SuperBatgirl. Let’s react!
It’s time for the second part, which is actually part 3 and 4 of the crossover. I know. I know. The Daily Planet doing a feature on Overgirl seems like it’s trying to normalize Interdimentional Nazis, but let’s just hear them out before. There’s ab argument to be made for objective journalism. Meanwhile, let’s react!
It happens today, people! Come for some nazi punching goodness with tonights first part of the crossover, which is really parts 1 and 2, since this is a 4 series cross over told on 4 episodes that are really 2 episodes. Also, Barry is getting married, everyone’s comma was cured, and did I mention punching…
My baby boy is back! And probably as charmannoying as always, but now he grew a bit of a stubble. That means he’s morally gray, or something. Also, we’re a week away from the cross over event!!!! Come react.
Flashback episode time. Tonight we help Alex get over a breakup by focusing on Kara’s childhood. Welcome to SuperLittleGirl. Let’s react.
Welcome to the episode of Supergirl that finally will show consequences for that Lead Bomb last season... before going back on it by making something eviler and more dangerous be the actual responsible of the bad stuff. But at least our main cast gets to feel bad and introspect for a bit. Let’s react!
Welcome back, heathens. It’s time to talk about the good word of Kara Danvers. Tonight we tackle I’m sure with super subtelty the theme of faith and cults. Let’s react!
Welcome back, people. It’s a time for Martian Manhunter focused episode! So sit back and enjoy the big likelihood of this episode trying its hardest to make you cry. Then again, I just watched Dear Evan Hansen and I’m already raw meat. Let’s react then!
I kinda liked the Dark Supergirl more than I though I would, but I hope it doesn’t last much. For now, it’s time for the obligatory “Everyone get’s mindfucked” episode every SciFy show must have. Psi with a cheap but kinda hot 90s leather suit comes to wreck havoc and push everyone’s triggers. Come react!
If you haven’t noticed by now, I’m big into synecdoches. There’s a lot of situations where one little aspect of a piece of media is indicative of a broader philosophy, and when you look at the big picture thinking about this philosophy, you can see how it all works together.
We’re back for more D.C. Soaps! And for Supergirl and it’s the third season. You know what that means: Dark and broody superhero season. I really hope I’m mistaken, have you seen the previews? It looks a bit Arrow-y. Anyway, come react, come to complain, come to praise if it’s great. Talk, people!
Marvel may be just beginning their incursion into digital-first comics with Immortal Iron Fists, but DC is still clearly the king. Aside from current digital-first books Injustice 2 and Bombshells, today is the release of the first part of Gotham City Garage, a mix of DC’s superheroines, motorcycles, and Mad Max. And…
What are the strong points of Supergirl and Flash? There’s several things they do well, but in particular being the bright, optimistic shows should be one of them. The last season for both shows... was not quite that. This last year gave us some good stuff, some bad stuff, and some frustrating stuff. So let’s take…
No scenery shall be left unchewed! Welcome to the Supergirl Finale Reaction Thread. Now that Superman will be brainwashed for a hot minute AGAIN (Boys, amir8?!), we shall see how this invasion by the Wisteria Laxamites ends.
Sexy red riding hood scene! Or something. I don’t know what to make off that image. Anyway. Cat’s back! Let’s react.
We are coming. We are coming. We are coming. We are coming. We are about to react. Let’s react.
Family, you amorphous metaphorical thing that has but one true purpose: to help our heroes arc and character move forward once you inevitably get abducted. Tonight’s turn to help Kara’s development goes to: ALEX. Let’s react.
We’re back beeches. It’s time to smile and cuddle and not think about too hard about etical career choices for superheroes when they are not superheroing. Right now it’s time to react to Supergirl!
M-U-S-I-C M-E-I-S-T-E-R! OK OK OK so Let’s hope this cross-over starts a bit more cross-overy than the last one and it’s not a last minute thing. But anyway, let’s react to Supergirl tonight as if we were Sue Sylvester.
