Had a Negroni. Used St George Dry Rye Gin which is really the best choice for a Negroni.

Although I used Antica Carpano vermouth and I served it up. Otherwise, just like the pic.


We have a lot of citrus left over from our barbecue last weekend when we ended up drinking Sazeracs and didn’t touch the limes or oranges, so we had Gimlets yesterday (always makes me remember Serenada) and I stuffed some olives with left over blue cheese from the potato salad and we had Martinis Wednesday. Looks like Margaritas Sunday with Chaliquiles since we have left over chips and brisket. The brisket was my first and was fantastic.
