What? Two nights in a row? Hells yes! (That’s how the kids say it, right?)

Tonight we are celebrating Wisconsin. We had Martinis.

With Jambalaya. My own recipe. It is sort of a Jambalaya/Gumbo hybrid. Maybe Gumbalaya? It is really good and has andouille, chicken, shrimp, okra, and rice. I added a drop of insanity sauce to mine.

One drop is plenty for a bowl. My bottle is now old enough to vote and still 80% full.
