The first term official felt he could be more effective as a citizen-warrior, so on Thursday he submitted his farewell in Klingon (with a little help from Bing). "Folks don't know what to think of me half the time," Waddell said, so "I might as well have one last laugh" on the board. The mayor called the letter childish and unprofessional.
