Some of the comments I've seen are a bit surprising. The comments boil down to how they appear to be "cutting corners." Listen. They need to produce ~26 - 45 minute episodes this year. In movie speak that's 9 feature films. When they shoot and produce a film how long does it take? Do you honestly think they could do 9 of those in a single year at that level?

Listen the weekly episodes aren't going to be as "pretty" as a movie. Anyone who expects it to be has unrealistic expectations. There are certain things that will be done in probably every episode to move the story along, quickly, that may seem a bit contrived. *gunfire* "It's the rebels!"

Put your microscope away and view this through a wider lense. Last night's episode was great. I'll elaborate on why I think that way in another post (or if I can find an older post), but if you're not enjoying it because you're dissecting it to the nth degree I feel sorry for you. This is going to be a fun ride so get on it before I call the Cavalry.
