Tonight’s episode is titled Devil’s Night, do I smell a Murphy & Co. show crossover? No. No I do not. Murphy directed this evening’s episode, as he did the season premiere. So perhaps we’ll get another music video inserted in the middle. Oh! And this episode only appears to be 1 hour 9 minutes with commercial breaks. Progress?
It appears our Halloween treat this year is Lily Rabe! Yay!! Maybe now that her other show has been cancelled she can come back to AHS for season 7 in a starring role!!! Lily Rabe makes everything better. Except The Whispers, nothing could make that show better.
Also, we’re having a nice psycho formal dinner party tonight. Is there a kitchen at the Hotel Cortez? If there is a kitchen then how come we’ve never, ever visited there? Or met the kitchen staff? What if the kitchen is the only place in the hotel that isn’t haunted?
I mean, there only seems to be 3 staff and one of them is a ghost that only works on one floor! There should be more than just 3 staff at a hotel even if it is infested with ghosts, demons, “vamps”, and people in the fashion industry, right?
As of last Wednesday, our house rules grew by one. We’re up to 9 rules total. How many will we have by the end of this season?
The house rules are as follows:
- Don’t be a dumbass.
- Really, try not to be a dumbass.
- Try harder not to be a dumbass, dumbass.
- Break rules 1 thru 3. Often.
- Wear as much eyeliner as you can possibly fit on your face.
- Don’t you dare out goth Gaga. Get out.
- Smile when being shot in the head like you’re getting your picture taken.
- There’s a reason Vampire stories have so many homoerotic themes.
- NEW: NO PITY PARTIES IN THE BAR!!!!
If the house rules are broken, we’ll know!
And if you break them then you know what happens. This happens.
Share your real-time viewing thoughts down below in the comments, I’ll chime in during commercial breaks.
If you have a link to your personal manifesto about this episode then drop it in the comments and I’ll add to this post proper.
