Miscalibrated Internet Receptor Stalks

Brian Michael Bendis's Powers is headed to the PSN video service.

Answering Microsoft's plans to bring a Halo tv show to the Xbox One, Deadline is reporting that the once thought stuck in development hell TV adaptation of Powers is going to be a digital exclusive for the Playstation Network. This will be the first in house tv show they make and distribute, and the second scripted tv show to air exclusively on a gaming console. This marks another digital also service trying to become a production studio, but it will be interesting to see how they intend to release this series to Playstation owners.

Powers was originally slated to air on FX, and a pilot had been shot, but it wasn't what the network wanted so it was scrapped. Until recently FX and Bendis had been saying this project was still being worked on, but this news implies that its jumping ship to PSN only now.
