Embryologist Prof. Park Se-pill of Jeju University, had been video recording a "very strong" 800kg cloned cow ("its cell donor was the best available") when it took exception and decided to attack.

Its 'aggressive' behaviour may have been hormonal in origin as Park explains:

“We didn't have the cow neutered because we have to check its virility. Hence, it often gets very restless.”

The cow is otherwise fine and "no special measure will be taken despite the incident." Prof. Park was however left with 5 broken ribs and a spinal injury, requiring eight weeks of medical treatment.
