Alright, let's keep my sleep-themed posts going. One thing I think that everyone can agree on is that there just aren't enough hours in the day, and, at least for me, sleep is the first thing to go when I'm short on time. This, of course, means that I need caffeine to make it through my day. My preferred method of caffeine intake is coffee, usually just straight espresso, but people have led me to believe that there are other ways of getting your daily intake. So what's you preferred method? Or are you one of those lucky few who actually gets all the sleep you need?
