The first time I ever saw this video was on AMP, the techno show that used to air on MTV, back when it played, you know, music. I used to spin it all the time when I DJ'd, and it's still one of my favourite techno songs and videos. Bonus points for creepy anime head masks.
I love, love, LOVE this video and song. The singer/composer, Genki Sudo (he's the one with the beard and glasses), is a mixed martial artist and kickboxer; he and the men behind him in the video are actually tightly controlling their movements. There's no camera trickery or editing involved.
Another Pogo video; you might remember I posted "Alice" by him in my very first Graveyard Shift. Although it may sound odd, I actually find myself singing along to his songs—this one most especially.
This is a fun little piece of pop fluff, and the video theme fits the song perfectly. I'm pretty sure, however, that none of these kids were probably even around in 1983. XD
Another fantastic song with a video to match. The groove is wonderful; the whole thing puts me in mind of a modern-day P-Funk.
