This is a Torzal Guitar, built by the fine people at Little Guitar Works. It's an ergonomic design, made with the intent of minimizing the stresses to the hands and wrists inherent in playing the guitar. The neck does twist (you aren't hallucinating), but the offsetting angle of the bridge thanks to the tilt of the guitar's top ensures that each string is straight and plays perfectly in tune. I've never had any carpal tunnel-type issues, but I want one of these anyway. :)
