Good morning everyone! Hope weekends are off to a good start! There’s a lot to cover this week, so let’s get to it!

It’s being advertised as a sale, but I’m not sure that it really is. However, with Fear the Walking Dead premiering in the US this weekend, The Walking Dead bundles are on sale this weekend!

Best Value: The first bundle is 57% off, and the second is 58% off, but you’re not going to buy the second unless you have the first anyways, so it doesn’t really matter.

My Recommendation: It’s The Walking Dead. It’s great stuff. Buy it if you’re interested in the series but haven’t read it. Buy it if you’re a lapsed reader. Just buy it.

A big chunk of the BPRD saga from Dark Horse is on sale all weekend!

Best Value: Everything’s $0.99 so it depends on page count. Not sure which that turns out to be.

My Recommendation: It’s Mike Mignola’s BPRD, one of the best horror adventure series ever. If you can get over the issues with Dark Horse Digital app or are okay with reading on the web, this entire series is worth buying. I’ll point out specifically the recent Hellboy and the BPRD mini series from Mignola, longtime collaborator John Arcudi, and superstar artist Alex Maleev.

Classic Red Sonja adventures are on sale from Dynamite this weekend!

Best Value: One of the three collections.

My Recommendation: These are absolutely classic comics from Roy Thomas at the top of his game. I recommend it all, even though I haven’t read it!

Marvel’s Young Avengers is on sale is on sale today only!

Best Value: The Young Avengers Special One-Shot has the highest page count and recounts the kid’s individual origins.

My Recommendation: These are good solid, well-written and drawn comics. You can’t go wrong with any of it, however, I enjoy Gillen & McKelvie’s volume of the series over these two volumes. It’s one of Marvel’s bright spots of the last ten years though. Check it out.

Harley Quinn collections are back on sale through this weekend!

Best Value: Looks like it’s Mad Love and Batman Adventures.

My Recommendation: See above. These two volumes are fantastic Batman comics that feature Harley front and center.
