Miscalibrated Internet Receptor Stalks

Welcome to Round 3 for Non-Productive.com‘s March Madness competition to determine the most powerful Disney character of all time!

The Second Round featured waves upon waves of close calls, although not as many upsets we had in ourFirst Round. That being said, with so many amazing characters making it by the skin of their teeth/beaks – it’s clear that people need to take this stupid thing seriously if they want to see the truest, most powerful versions of their favorite Disney heroes and villains make it to the end!

And as always, your rambling comments and justifications are just as important as your votes! Everyone atNonPro is eagerly reading between the lines of each nomination, seed, and vote in the desperate attempt to make sense of just why someone considers one character more powerful than another, but of course you can clear it all up by volunteering to tell us your motivation in the box below each of the games below!

Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.

For this year’s nerd-centric March Madness, we’re asking you, the geeks of the world, to decide once and for all which Disney character is the most powerful of them all! And “powerful” is big word - it can mean infinite cosmic abilities like Genie, a breakout star like Olaf, a legendary icon like Mickey, or a character that breaks molds to inspires us like Mulan.

Share and come back often to see how our competition progresses!

Game 1

Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty

Jafar from Aladdin

Maleficent is the baddest fairy of all the land, and she makes an awesome dragon - but Jafar ruled a different fairy-tale kingdom with the phenomenal cosmic power of a genie!

Game 2

Beast from Beauty and the Beast

Ursula from The Little Mermaid

Ursula’s magic gives her the edge, but Beast has experience dealing with witches and enchantresses - and he won’t be caught with his fur down again!

Game 3

Mulan from Mulan

Baymax and Hiro from Big Hero 6

Both teams showed us the power of love, by Mulan is setup to slice through the competition in Game 3!

Game 4

The Incredibles from The Incredibles

Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas

True Fact: The year that The Incredibles was released, characters from that movie were the most popular costumes at Halloween. We don’t know what that means for our contest, exactly, but there you go.

Game 5

Hades from Hercules

Donald Duck from Ducktails and Cartoon Shorts

Before you toss it to Hades too quickly, we’d like to remind you all that cartoon ducks have had a long history of surviving their journeys into hell.

Game 6

Belle from Beauty and the Beast

Mickey Mouse from Fantasia and Cartoon Shorts

Ouch! Belle is our last remaining Disney princess (don’t get us started on Mulan’s princess status), but the Mouse is out for blood after narrowly squeaking by in our last round!

Game 7

Mary Poppins from Mary Poppins

Simba from The Lion King

Mary beat the great demon from Bald Mountain in the last round, but only after a tie-breaker round! Simba is our once and future king!

Game 8

Stitch from Lilo and Stitch

Genie from Aladdin

After destroying his best friend Aladdin in Round 3, can anything stop the big blue guy from running away with this March Madness?? Well - maybe the little blue guy...
