FIFA - The Movie makes a whopping 607$ in US cinemas....

No, I did not forget zeros, there... :) United Passions, the image-campaign movie of the Federation of International Football Associations, that cost 29 Million Dollars to produce, is a never before seen lecture of very, very bad timing in when to bring your movie into cinemas.

For some reason, a movie about former (well, he’s technically still in office, but not for long) head of FIFA Sepp Blatter (played by none other than Tim Roth - pictured here with Sam Neill!) as merciless crusader against corruption and promoter of the purity of sports did not go over well with audiences at this particular time, it seems....

Gerard Depardieu is not angry with you, America - just very disappointed!
