Pitcairn Island, British Oversea Territory in the Pacific Ocean, allows its inhabitants to marry same sex partners. The Island is mainly inhabited by descendants of the famous Bounty mutiny who found it preferable to returning to England and get beheaded.

The only problem at this time is that there seem to be no homosexuals willing to marry there right now - with a population of 48 that is more believable than in most other places where people claim that there are no gays around here.

Also, they descended from men who gave up life as a sailor for..... the local women....


...so there’s probably a lot of Straight in the gene pool. Still. Another small victory for equality.
