This one just got pushed to me thanks to a Pushbullet channel that sends me all the latest deals/specials/etc on Google Play.

X-Men: Days of Future Past is currently on sale for $2.99, down from its normal price of $10.99. This collects Uncanny X-Men issues #138 - #143 and X-Men Annual #4.

I don't think I need to explain the storyline for those issues, but on the off chance people see this and aren't familiar with it then just head over to Wikipedia to get the rundown on it.

It seems this might be a Chris Claremont focused sale, as numerous other X-Men collected issues are also on sale, although none as heavily discounted as that one.

On a somewhat related note, there is a new X-Men: Days of Future Past ($3.94) game in the Play Store that revolves around the storyline set in the comics. It is a side-scrolling game, which might make some of us nostalgic for the X-Men arcade game from our youth. (Jesus, I was 7-years old when that came out! Where the fuck did the time go?!)

On an unrelated note, I've already started the second episode of Tales from the Borderlands so expect a write-up on it fairly soon. (That and something else I wrote yesterday will likely go up this week instead of my usual Android related post. Just FYI.) It is ridiculous how much I enjoy that game.

UPDATE! So there appears to be a seriously huge comics sale taking place on the Play Store right now. You'll have to do some additional digging and searching to find some other stuff that you won't see listed in the following link, but damn. I just spent a shitload of money on a number of collections. (I might own most of the X-23 comics, not too mention have a collection that borders on the insane digitally of her issues, but now I got them through Google too! Yes!)

The sale/promotion is very awesomely titled as Heroines Who Rule!

If anyone spots anything else that's worth adding to the post feel free to leave a comment and I'll update accordingly.
