Was there a discussion of the "G.I. Jeff" episode of Community here and I just missed it? The weather was really bad in my neck of the woods Thursday evening, so most of the episode got preempted by tornado coverage. I only got around to watching it on Hulu just last night.

Speaking of that, did anyone else know that the G.I. Joe story concept was based on a "Young SHIELD" proposal that Larry Hama had pitched to Jim Shooter a couple of years earlier? So basically all the time you were watching those cartoons about "Duke" and "Cobra Commander," you were really seeing thinly-disguised versions of Nick Fury Jr. (no, not that one) and Baron Strucker fighting for the fate of a superhero-less Marvel Universe.
