Everyone is arguing the best way to bring in Spider-Man to the MCU. Whether they should bring Andrew Garfield and the current movies and establish them in the MCU, or whether they should reboot the character all together (again). However, there is a third option: Killing off Peter Parker all together.

With Spider-Man likely making his MCU debout in Captain America: Civil War in which the focus would be government regulation of Superheroes, a young, uncertain, new Superhero thrown in the mix following the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron might add a little more dimension to the film. We would also see how this would effect him in his solo film which will be the connected Marvel film that directly follows CA:CW. (Doctor Strange, and Guardians of the Galaxy 2 will take place between them.)

Also, as many pointed out by bringing in a new Spider-Man movie we get delayed releases to the upcoming Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Inhumans movies which would bring diversity to the MCU (which is full of white men named Chris). This would also help diversify the current line up.
