It's PIE DAY tomorrow!

Anyone planning on making/consuming pie?

I'm making mini-pies, since they're easier to share with coworkers. But it's also a Friday (during Lent) so they will be vegetable pies. And what's a good vegetable filling in pastry? Samosas, obviously. So I'm making Pie Day samosas. I'm using pie dough instead of samosa dough so it totally counts.

There is also a possibility of a sweet pie. Maybe chess pie? I've never had chess pie but it sounds delicious.
