Rachel Bloom is the main actor, writer, and co-creator of the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. In fact, Bloom won the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Comedy for the first year of the show. But you should totally know that she totally doesn’t care about award shows.
Lots of shows do campaigning for awards season, including Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Last year, they did a For Your Consideration event for Emmy voters where they did a live version of the “Sexy Getting Ready Song” and this year they did another FYC event where they did a bunch of renditions of songs from the second season, including “Friendtopia” and “Let’s Have Intercourse.”
But still, you guys, she doesn’t care about award shows. All she cares about is drama and acting and not caring about award shows. And also Notting Hill, apparently (which was written by Richard Curtis, not Aline Brosh McKenna).
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Season 3 will air on the CW on Fridays at 8PM.
