The entire 33-year run of Starlog magazine, one of the great staples of geekdom during the 80's and early 90's, is now available for free on the Internet Archive Project. If you find yourself with some time to kill this weekend, and a hankering to catch up on the latest sci-fi gossip from 1978, peruse ads for vintage model kits, technical manuals, soundtrack LPs, and bloopers tapes, or just enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of such hits as Congo and Howard The Duck, then head on over and check out their (mostly) keyword searchable database.
Unfortunately, the one thing they don't have is an easy, all on one page, issue-by-issue list. But hey... still free, and it beats climbing all the way up into the attic.
Special thanks to giantfreakinrobot.com for bringing this treasure trove to my attention.
