Miscalibrated Internet Receptor Stalks

So "science"

It is cold. Very cold. 3 degrees ferenheit and -30 wind chills. In my garage I have a pack of bottled water. It is "filtered spring water" and I think this matters. I have another pack I purchased at a different time and that pack is frozen solid. The spring water however remains in a liquid state... unless I tap the bottle of water. Then it crystalizes and freezes. I'm curious if I let the water warm up without jostling it if it would fail to crystalize?

Either way it was cool I tried it on 3 bottles. Even tried opening one and drinking it and didn't get very far before it turned to ice.
