So the first trailer for WandaVision has arrived and it’s something else. Filled to the brim with references not just to comics, but also to classic sitcoms, the trailer is everything I wanted and more. But lets look at some Easter eggs it reveals, shall we?

The trailer begins with Wanda and the Vision as the classic ‘50s sitcom couple, much like Bewitched. However, unlike Darren, the Vision is a bit more laissez-faire when it comes to Wanda using her powers, since we see her moving some food and pouring some wine with her telekinesis. And what kind of wine is it?

Maison du Mépris. In French, this means “House of Contempt,” but if we only translate the first two words and cut the third down to a single letter, we also get: House of M. Whoops!

We also get to see Wanda and the Vision in their classic, Silver Age costumes:

And what about Kathryn Hahn’s character? We see her briefly dressed like this:

But then we see her like this:

She’s dressed like a witch. This seems to be tied into the other scenes set at Halloween, but since both Wanda and the Vision were actually dressed as themselves, what if she is to?

What if she is

(SPOILERS MAYBE)

Sure, the comic book version looks much older (and much more witch-like), but still.

There are probably other Easter eggs that I missed, but that’s all I have for now.
