I stopped reading the main DC Wonder Woman book after Greg Rucka finished his run, but there is a Wonder Woman book that I am currently reading: Wonder Woman/Conan by Gail Simone and Aaron Lopresti. It is fantastic in all meanings of the word.

So I was reading Mortal Dictata’s article about the lack of asexual characters in science fiction and I realized that I only really knew about one asexual character in comic books. I literally could not think of a second. Eventually, I remembered one, but it was a sobering thought.
Gail Simone's twitter feed is wonderful. She is always tweeting fun and interesting stuff about writing, fandom and trolling Kieron Gillen. Yesterday were no different. Because she told a very lovely and personal story about herself, Joss Whedon and Wonder Woman.
So Gail Simone is ending her run on Batgirl soon. But she has something new coming out as well that she hasn't been able to talk about, except to say that it involves another redhead. Today, however, she was finally able to provide some hints as to what it was:
