If you talk to dedicated Simpsons fans, many will agree that the show peaked in the the mid-'90s, when the plots grew increasingly outlandish and fantastic. Others will pin the show's drop in quality to a point earlier in the decade, when it began to abandon its humanistic, grounded outlook for more joke-centric…
Today's Simpsons-Futurama crossover episode brought us many good things. Some fun gags, some much-needed self-deprecation, evil Bart-gremlin hybrids that taste delicious, lots of Bender (or not enough), and the best of all: The Futurama intro made with Simpsons characters and sung by Homer.
Mark your calendars because this Sunday the Planet Express crew is back for an encore in a new Simpsons episode. The whole Futurama cast—John DiMaggio, Billy West, Katey Sagal, Phil LaMarr, Lauren Tom, Maurice LaMarche, and Tress MacNeille—will be back in an episode called "Simpsorama." Here's a sneak peek!

Google doesn't have enough of a sense of context to sort through all the hits, and I don't know enough of what I'm looking for to make the haystack any smaller.
Every year on Halloween I have a very strict tradition I adhere to (although it may need to change starting next year). I have a good old scary (and not-so-scary) movie marathon. And that includes a run through of the horrific adventures of my favorite cartoon family, The Simpsons.
...Couch Gag game. You saw tons of stuff I missed. The Nerdist has a great breakdown of all the references right here: http://www.nerdist.com/2013/10/guille…
Just caught a glimpse of myself int he mirror with dilated pupils from an eye exam. FREAKY! Kind of reminds me of Mr. Burns...
This morning Lego confirmed a special Simpsons series will launch in 2014. The announcement has already sparked some controversy from certain members of the Lego fan community. Most complaints concern the "age-appropriateness" of The Simpsons, to which the world responds with "Eat my shorts!"
