ODeck old-timers may recall seeing some of the furniture I’ve built as a hobby over the years, and at the risk of remonstration for shilling my own shit, may I present the Greatest Antique Radio That Never Existed.

I always wanted to build an antique radio design from scratch that was a viable stereo and not just a novelty, and frankly I’m ridiculously pleased with how these turned out.

The designs on the front are from two different 1930s Philco radios and there’s a 2.1 power speaker system in there with a rear-firing subwoofer—it has a Bluetooth connection and line-in, but isn’t a radio at all. I love how people have been taking old radios and turning them into stained glass lights, so I did that too.

After years tinkering around and my friends always saying I should build something to sell, I have. These are up on eBay and my nascent Etsy store.
