In an editorial called "Why is Loki so hot," the Nostalgia Critics tries to guess why so many women love Loki.
And is it me, or does this feel sterotypical and dismissive? I mean, the whole "girls want bad boys so can mother them and nurture them and make them better" cliché has been played to death, and I really wonder how much truth there is in this. A kernel of it, I'm sure, but just a small one. And men want bad girls too, in the same proportion, for about the same reasons (being that special someone who can touch and bring out their good side).
Also, my main problem is that the whole video assume the premise that Tom Hiddleston is not handsome. Really? He seems to be exactly the kind of guy some of my women friends would go gaga over.
Anyway, I'll leave it there. What do you think?
