TMIT: Too Much Information Thursday

Year in Review Edition: In which we all show how great we are

Most of the stuff I post in the Gawkerverse is just random silliness, throwaway jokes and goofy stories from the House of Hatrack. But every once in a while I feel like I really nail a post. I've had a few jokes on the io9 mainpage get 40+ recommends which is nice.

TMIT has been a blast and I've really enjoyed how open and (presumably) honest everybody is. The Origin Stories (including The Tale of the House of Hatrack) creative challenge was a great success and I'm proud of kicking that off. But when it comes to pure writing skill I'd say the best thing I did around these parts this past year was my completely spoiler free review of Nick Harkaway's The Gone Away World.

How about you? What was the best thing you did in the Gawkerverse? Please include links if you can so we can all see for ourselves the wonders you have wrought.
