Club Sandwich Edition (second in a series): Last week we talked about breakfast. This week, lunch. What was it today? What is it usually?
Today, I had a turkey sandwich with mozzarella and a schmear of Cajun sauce on some really nice Italian bread we picked up at the grocery store yesterday. Oh, and some potato chips. Lunch varies for me. Sometimes, I'll throw together a sandwich but usually I eat up the leftovers from previous dinners. I haven't been doing that as much lately as, for some inexplicable reason, we don't have nearly as many leftovers since the move as we used to. It's like the smaller kitchen is tricking me into cooking smaller meals. Weird.
