Movie Time! What was the last you movie you watched? Theater, blu-ray, DVD, streaming, whatever. Was it good? Had you seen it before? Would you watch it again? Et cetera, et cetera...

We were driving through Dupont Circle the other day and I commented that the longer I live here the more I appreciate the bit in The American President where he chides her about trying to drive through Dupont Circle at rush hour. WinnieTheWoot asked if it was a good movie (Annette Bening being smart and snappy? Duh.) A couple days later there was nothing in the DVR so we put it in and watched. Best unintentional joke? Michael Douglas declaring that he’s not a Nobel Prize winning economist while standing next to the man who would later play a Nobel Prize winning economist president. Saddest realization? The two hot button topics dealt with in a twenty year old movie were gun control and global warming and we still haven’t done squat about either one.
