Tokyo Godfathers

I just watched Tokyo Godfathers again because I noticed it's streaming, and now I'm emotionally drained. The feels! I think we all need to start considering this a movie to watch at Christmastime.

In case you've never seen it, it's about a group of three homeless people in Tokyo who find a baby in the trash on Christmas. They decide to find her parents and end up trekking through Tokyo, following clues and getting into mix-ups. It's Satoshi Kon's second-to-last film and is another one of his films that could have been live-action but makes use of animation to give it that special touch.

(In case you're wondering, that part in the clinic when Beethoven's 9th swells always makes my eyes leak.)
