...Although not really a nitpick so much as a sweeping indictment.
I have come to realize that the best part of every episode, every single one, is the flashback to the pilot at the very beginning, an ephemeral moment that goes by as fast as Barbie can say, "A few weeks ago, an invisible dome crashed down on Chester's Mill, cutting us off from the rest of the world."
Plane crashes into dome. Cow gets cut in half. Truck crashes into dome. That's it. You've seen all that's good about this show. Nothing in the forthcoming episode will even approach these three, quick shots.
Bonus nitpick: I just realized there isn't even a driver in the truck.
This has been your Under the Dome Nitpick of the Week.
