Two US House Democrats have put forth a resolution to establish the Apollo landing sites as both a National Park and submit them as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The bill would task the Secretary of the Interior to "provide visitor services and administrative facilities within reasonable proximity to the Historical Park."


Soon your recreational jaunt to the moon could come with a roped-off trail, handy informational placards to read silently (or aloud to your kids), and a gift shop.
