Hello and welcome to WednesdayBookClub, everyone! So Tuesday morning, I woke up to an email from my Overdrive account (An app that lets you read ebooks from your local library) that a book I recommended is available. Curious, I did some looking around found that a few other books I’ve been looking for are now on there. And this is after I looked up these same books a few weeks ago. So if your library has an Overdrive, I highly advise all of you to check it out (No pun intended) and see what goodies your library might have added. And with that, let’s move on to Book Club!
So this week, I finished And Then There Were None, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I know people mentioned the weak ending and I can understand what they meant but I was too caught up in chanting “Bear death” to really mind.
I’m also reading Tempting Taste by Sara Whitney and loving it. I have the first book in the series but I have the feeling I’m going to have to get book 3. And as for my Overdrive book, it’s The Long Halloween by Jeph Loeb, which I’ve never read!
What about you all? Anything good? And don’t be afraid to rant if you need to. It’s stressful, pollen-covered times we live in, gang.
