Miscalibrated Internet Receptor Stalks

What is the '90s-est movie ever made?

'Cuz Hackers was on the other night, and I suspect it'd be hard to top...

Obviously I'm not talking about quality here, though the movie actually was a lot better than I remembered — and no, not just because it has an eighteen-year-old Angelina Jolie in it (awrrrrrrr). I'd be tempted to say Pulp Fiction, but that movie is so self-consciously referencing other movie decades that it wouldn't feel totally out of place in, say, 1978 or so. It's just hard to imagine Hackers being made at any other time besides 1995. I mean, part of the plot involves the original WipeOut for the PlayStation! (It's an arcade game here, which shows how the movie wasn't entirely prescient about things.)
