I happily stumbled upon a mystery web comic series by Brian K. Vaughn, The Private Eye, which centers around an Internet-free world approximately sixty years in our future.
Evidently it has been around a couple of years but the tenth and final issue just came out a couple of weeks ago. It is DRM-free and you can pay whatever you want for each issue right from his website, Panel Syndicate.
Here is a very brief interview with Vaughn and artist Marcos Martin. (The artwork looks amazing!)
Anyway, it got me thinking about what we got up to without the internet and what kinds of things we might be doing with our time instead. I know for sure I would be reading more comic books.
